we have all found our path in Yoga and Yoga teaching. Yoga has influenced or even transformed our way of perceiving the world and living life, and now we wish to share our experience and knowledge with our students. Like-minded and dedicated to our practice, we would love to assist our students in the practice of Yoga that raises self-awareness and inspires us all to live our lives with awareness as good human beings.Yoga has helped her deal with stress and grow her spiritual practice. She has been practicing power, meditation, and for the past two years. She has a strong personal practice and passion for going back to the roots of what yoga is really about.She shares her love for yoga, anatomy, philosophy, and psychology in group and private classes.
